Divide the work efficiently with your friends, manage your time to serve as many customers as possible and throw boxes around to stay ahead of the chaos. But most importantly : NEVER do anything that could upset a customer.

Each customer has a unique trait : Some take a lot of articles at once, some fall easily on dirty floor, while others get angry fast, really fast.
