The Developer Says...
Embark on our adventure to shape an ever-evolving AAA RPG.
The Project
Welcome to Rogue Sentinel Studios' grand experiment. We're not just making a game; we're building an ever-evolving AAA RPG with you in the driver's seat. Exotic worlds? Check. A storyline that chronicles the rise and fall of alien civilizations? Double check.
We're flipping the script on game development by releasing a steady stream of playable test levels, giving you the keys to shape Astra Nova. Your play tests, feedback, and even your own creations will steer this ship.
With each new play test, you'll uncover more of Astra Nova’s secrets and witness the growth and fine-tuning of our game systems and modes.
The Story
Ever wondered what you'd do if the world was ending?
Astra Nova is your chance to find out.
Imagine a universe teetering on the edge of oblivion. Five worlds lie in tatters, ravaged by relentless conflict. These once-mighty civilizations have been devoured by a cosmic parasite known as The Accretion.
Our tale kicks off with "The Fall of Saerinda," where a lone hero must pull off a final act of courage amidst the chaos of galactic doom.
Chapter 01 | The Fall of Saerinda
Our inaugural gameplay test throws you into the fray on Saerinda, a planet wracked by war and on the brink of annihilation.
You’ll step into the worn boots of Kaletak, an embattled medic stranded in the aftermath of a meteor shower. Navigating through blazing mountain ruins and fending off Hordelings of grotesque enemies, your mission is simple: survive.
Escape to the sanctuary of Astra Nova, the last bastion of hope and rebirth.
This first play test, "The Fall of Saerinda," is just the tip of the iceberg. Our small, scrappy team is pushing Unreal Engine 5 to its limits, and we can't wait to show you what’s next.
