Zusi 3 Aerosoft Edition is a train simulation for PCs, the professional version of which is also being used in railway companies for engine driver training purposes.

Take the driver's seat on 10 routes from different eras, including Cologne–Düsseldorf, with more than 500 kilometres of track to explore.
Drive to timetables using authentic vehicle handling and braking, and respond to German signals and train-protection systems. Controls work with keyboard and mouse or driver’s-desk hardware.
Hundreds of trains can run within a timetable and influence one another, while an autopilot controls the other trains. Adjustable assistance lets players ease into the simulation, and included editors can be used to create routes, vehicles, and timetable scenarios.
Reviewers frequently praise the detailed railway simulation, especially its train handling, signalling, safety systems, and timetables. Some describe it as useful practice for understanding railway procedures, while others value the range of routes and vehicles. Reviews also commonly note that the graphics look dated and that the simulation can be difficult to learn.
