You manage a gladiator guild in a fantasy kingdom, starting with a small roster and limited funds. Recruit fighters—including warriors, rangers, beasts, and mages—and expand your guild with buildings that unlock more options.
Before each fight, choose your team, position its members, set their behavior and target priorities, and equip them with items. Once combat begins, the battle plays out automatically, making your roster choices and preparation central to each matchup.
Develop gladiators with levels and traits while managing equipment and resources between contests. The campaign includes arena championships, weekly challenge arenas, faction quests, and changing weather; your allegiance affects the quests available. After the campaign, an endless tournament mode offers progressively stronger opponents.

Replayability
Each time you play, you can choose a different main allegiance, resulting in different main quests and endings while you try different team strategies.
Tournament Mode
Once you finish the main campaign, try yourself in endless tournament mode where gameplay is simplified into rounds. Enemies get stronger and stronger, and you play until you lose. Leave your score on the Steam leaderboard to compare with other players or friends.
