Battle Grounds III

Set during the American War of Independence, Battle Grounds III pits British forces and their Native American allies against the Continental Army and French forces. Choose a soldier class on either side, such as infantry, officer, grenadier, or frontiersman.

Fight from a first-person perspective with period weapons including muskets, rifles, grenades, and swords. Aim and fire at range, endure long reloads, and use bayonets or other weapons in close-quarters combat; class and weapon choices shape your options.

Battle across classic and new maps in modes that include capturing objectives and defending forts. Players can also form line formations, customize uniforms, and take part in matches supporting up to 80 players.
