We Love It's Guide to…

Solasta: Crown of the Magister

Create four adventurers and lead them across the shattered world of Solasta, exploring ruins and dungeons as you uncover the truth behind an ancient cataclysm. Your heroes’ chosen races, classes, backgrounds, and personalities shape their abilities and some of their dialogue. Combat is turn-based and tactical, with a square-grid battlefield that uses height, cover, light, and darkness. Climb, fly, cast spells, and reposition your party to gain an advantage—or use the environment to knock enemies from ledges and bring structures down on them. Build your party through character creation and level progression, then gather equipment and materials, craft items, and manage travel between locations. Online co-op lets players share campaigns, while the Dungeon Maker provides tools to create and share custom dungeons and campaigns.

Create a four-hero party and investigate an ancient cataclysm through D&D-style, turn-based battles across three-dimensional dungeons.
