Uncover Kimijima Reports
Thanks to the rising popularity of the PhoneDroid—a device which features augmented reality (A.R.)—the age of advanced technology has finally reached Tanegashima. On that island, Central Tanegashima High's "Robot Research Club" is about to have their club disbanded.

On Tanegashima, high-school students Kaito Yashio and Akiho Senomiya are the two members of a robotics club facing disbandment. Akiho is determined to finish the club’s giant robot, while Kaito would rather play a robot-fighting game.
The story unfolds as a visual novel, following the club’s efforts and relationships alongside a mystery tied to Ko Kimijima’s AR reports. Explore locations around the island with the PhoneDroid, inspect surroundings for geotags and clues, and read messages and social posts from other characters.
PhoneDroid interactions can influence routes and character endings, while robot-fighting sequences include timed button inputs. The story develops across multiple phases, gradually connecting the club’s robot project with the island’s larger mystery.
Players who enjoy the game often praise its distinct club cast and the way their everyday relationships build toward a more intense mystery. Many find the later story rewarding after its relaxed, slow start, and also appreciate the soundtrack, voice work, animated character presentation, and connections to earlier Science Adventure entries. Others find the buildup too long, the route requirements difficult to understand, or the ending abrupt, so reactions to the pacing and payoff vary.
