Black Book

Vasilisa was destined to become a witch, but planned to leave that life behind and marry her beloved. After his death, she seeks the Black Book, a demonic artifact said to grant a wish to whoever uncovers all seven seals.

Travel through rural villages where people live alongside mythological beings, helping locals with their troubles, confronting demons, performing exorcisms, and taking on side quests. Investigate locations, solve riddles, and make choices in conversations.

Battles use turn-based spell cards: collect cards and skills, build a deck, and choose the order in which multiple cards take effect. Your actions and accumulated sins shape Vasilisa’s path and the story’s outcomes; folklore knowledge can also inform dialogue choices and earn experience.
