During an exhibition hosted by the moon princess Kaguya, the Jeweled Branch of Hourai is stolen. Choose a heroine from Gensokyo and set out to resolve the incident and recover the missing treasure.
Build a deck from cards that require different colors of mana, then use them in turn-based battles against Gensokyo characters and other enemies. Each playable character has distinct starting decks and mana colors, while barriers help defend against danmaku attacks and spell cards provide powerful moves.
Each run takes you through stages of battles and events, where you can add cards and collect Exhibits that grant ongoing effects or expand your mana options. The colors you choose shape which cards become available and can open the way to new deck combinations.
Players often praise the colored-mana system for making deck construction flexible and encouraging new combinations, including synergies across character card pools.
