After being drawn into an investigation of ghostly sightings near Elmson, you travel across the lands of Cedaltia on a quest tied to a mysterious threat and an untrustworthy king. The journey leads through villages, fortresses, wild regions, and dungeons.
Explore the world and fight monsters in top-down action combat. Level up, develop attributes, unlock spells and abilities, and improve your crafting skills as you take on enemies and bosses.
Capture monsters and train them as combat allies. Collect equipment and materials, customize weapons and armor, craft and cook, fish, complete townsfolk’s sidequests, and gather cards for the Fyued card game.
Players who enjoy the game often highlight its abundance of content and the fun of capturing, training, and fighting alongside groups of monsters. Reviews also praise the range of systems, customizable companions, and Fyued card game. Some players, however, find the dungeons maze-like and repetitive to navigate, and say the grind or character progression can feel shallow.
