Hardspace: Shipbreaker

You are a shipbreaker working for LYNX, a space salvage corporation, tasked with dismantling spacecraft to recover materials while carrying a large company debt. Career missions frame the work through shifts and communications with other workers.

Move around each ship in zero gravity, use a laser cutter to separate sections, and grapple parts into the appropriate recovery areas. Plan the order of your cuts and removals: decompression, fuel, electricity, radiation, and unstable reactors can turn a salvage job dangerous.

Earn credits and unlock upgrades such as sensors, safety gear, and demolition charges as you take on more complex ships. Career mode uses timed shifts, while freeplay offers a less time-pressured way to salvage; timed challenges provide another way to tackle the work.
