A group of humans wake in a strange post-apocalyptic labyrinth with no memories. You lead their squad through a roguelite dungeon, where each run takes place across procedurally generated rooms filled with enemies, bosses, and events.
Recruit humans and equip them with weapons and gadgets to form classes such as tanks, healers, and ranged fighters. Choose upgrades and mutations, combine class synergies, and manage resources like tokens and food as you shape the team. Once combat begins, your units fight automatically, making formation and squad-building decisions central.
Clear dungeon stages and develop your available options across runs. After completing a campaign run, you can pit your team against player-created squads in asynchronous battles; additional modes include Brawl, King of the Hill, and Director's Cut.

Prepare your warriors and let them fight it out on their own! Indirect combat allows you to focus heavily on tactical considerations rather than reflexes. Strengthen your front line with fridge-movers, aim your food-throwers and look after your Forbidden Summoners!
The dungeons are generated from scratch every time, and there is no chance puny humans will ever find the way out! And even if they strike lucky — don't worry, there are endless ways to die in Despot's Game!
