Grand Mountain Adventure: Wonderlands lets you explore freely and at your pace entire ski resorts and the surrounding mountains. Unlock ski lifts and reach new areas by competing in challenges, or enjoy the scenery while you find your own path down the mountains.

Play as a skier or snowboarder exploring 12 open-world mountain resorts. Follow marked slopes or venture into forests, backcountry areas, and villages to find your own routes down the mountains.
Take on events such as slalom races, trick competitions, and other challenges, or search away from the slopes for hidden trials. Earn ski passes through challenges and collectibles to unlock lifts and reach new areas.
Choose between skis and a snowboard, and switch between focused challenges and free riding. Local multiplayer supports up to four players for racing, snowball fights, or exploring together; Zen Mode removes challenges, trials, collectibles, and NPCs.
Players often enjoy being able to alternate between relaxed mountain cruising and optional challenges, with exploration and the variety of resorts giving them plenty to discover. Reviews also praise the snowy scenery and soundtrack. Some players find the camera awkward, and later challenges can be demanding; opinions on the controls and challenge balance vary.
