Astral Ascent

Astral Ascent is a 2D platformer roguelite set in the Garden, an astral prison. Choose one of four heroes, each with a distinct fighting style, and try to escape through worlds guarded by the Zodiacs. Move through platforming and combat rooms, choosing where to go next and gathering spells and upgrades along the way. Chain attacks and spells into a build that suits your hero, then take on bosses with distinct attacks and combat styles. A friend can join in two-player local co-op. Each run tests your skills, while permanent upgrades and unlocks give you more options over time. Repeated attempts also reveal the story piece by piece. Destiny levels let you increase the challenge as you progress.
