The Confession is an adult-themed, darkly comic question game. You respond to prompts about kinky and taboo subjects, with questions ranging from silly to deliberately uncomfortable.
Your answers lead to ridiculous scenarios and an ending that reveals your fate. The game presents the experience as a parody rather than a serious test.
The creators describe it as a playful response to feedback on their earlier work, with context about the game's creation appearing at the end. It is a short, text-focused experience.
In the supplied reviews, players who enjoy the game often point to its silly, uncomfortable, or absurd questions and the laughs or strange outcomes they produce. Some also appreciate the context about the creators near the end. Other reviewers say the humor is not for them or found the ending unsatisfying, and a few describe the experience as short.
