One of the most terrifying J-horror games of all time is coming to Steam at long last. What's more, all you have to do is make the player walk to the left!? This collection includes the seven initial works of the popular Tsugunohi series, as well as an entirely new episode.

Tsugunohi is an anthology of nine short 2D horror stories. Its protagonists include students heading home, a girl drawn into a mysterious house, a train commuter, and an ordinary cat patrolling its territory.
Gameplay centers on walking left through familiar routes while changes to the scenery, unsettling figures, and other supernatural events gradually emerge. The controls are deliberately limited; the focus is on watching each routine become strange rather than fighting, solving puzzles, or choosing a route.
The collection combines seven earlier series entries with two new episodes. Its scenarios include school commutes, residential streets, a train journey, and an antique-toy house; one new railroad-crossing story is connected to the earlier parallel-train episode.
Players who enjoy the collection often praise its eerie visual style and the gradual corruption of familiar everyday scenes, with some finding the atmosphere and short ghost-story format effective. Others appreciate that the simple controls make it accessible without demanding action-game skills. Reactions are mixed: several reviewers find the one-button walking repetitive, the stories too brief, or the scares and sound effects overused.
