You take the role of a chef in a virtual kitchen, handling ingredients and tools to prepare dishes. Slice, season, stir, pour, and cook food using utensils and appliances such as knives, pans, ovens, and blenders.
In Career Mode, you work through customer orders and recipes, building your restaurant’s reputation as you progress. Completing tasks unlocks more recipes, perks, skills, and kitchen upgrades.
Sandbox Mode gives you access to the kitchen’s recipes and ingredients for open-ended cooking and experimentation. You can try different combinations, play with the physics, or create messes with spills and kitchen fires.
Positive comments in the supplied reviews highlight the appeal of preparing food in VR, especially the hands-on kitchen interactions and freedom to experiment in Sandbox Mode. Some players enjoy the relaxed cooking or the comic potential of kitchen mishaps, and a few report that later updates improved performance. These favorable remarks appear alongside many reports of technical and control problems.
Step into a realistic VR kitchen filled with every tool, appliance, and any ingredient you could imagine. From griddles and gas burners to knives, blenders, and blowtorches — it’s all here, waiting for you to experiment.
Every ingredient responds to your actions: slice potatoes, flip steaks, or simmer soups with authentic physics and haptic feedback. Feel the resistance of the knife as you cut, and watch food change in temperature, texture, and appearance in real time.
Build your career from rookie to world-class chef in Career Mode, or let your imagination run wild in Sandbox Mode where the only limit is your creativity (or your tolerance for kitchen fires).
