You play as a disembodied hand in an arcade-style take on volleyball. The goal is to keep the ball in play and score against the opposing side.
Matches use bumping, setting, spiking and slapping, with options for 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 play. Casual and Ranked modes offer different ways to compete.
Progression includes leaderboards and payouts negotiated with an agent. You can also unlock outfits through the Slappypass and browse a daily store for cosmetic choices.
Players who enjoy Slappyball often praise its unusual hand-volleyball concept and the funny, chaotic matches it creates, especially when played with friends in short competitive sessions. Some also like the challenge of improving their timing and control. Other reviews report sparse or bot-filled online matches, and criticize the camera and controls, ball physics, bugs, or limited variety; some mention servers going down.
