You play as a creature changed into a monster and must survive waves of enemies in a top-down arena. Attacks happen automatically as you move to avoid danger.
Between waves, choose and arrange organs connected to your brains. Some organs determine when an attack starts; others add attacks, effects, or summons, and their order can create cascading combos.
