In a world at the start of a zombie apocalypse, create a character and try to survive alone, in online co-op, or on multiplayer servers. Survival is open-ended: keeping hunger and thirst under control is essential, while other goals are optional.
Explore towns and other locations to scavenge supplies, fight zombies and human enemies, and take on quests. Keys can open locked areas, including bunkers; you can also hunt, fish, farm, and search for vehicles to repair and drive.
