Use gathered materials and tourist income to repair buildings, open businesses, decorate the town, and furnish homes. Recruit critters, assign them jobs, and improve the town’s tourist rating to bring in more visitors and funds for further upgrades.
In this review sample, players who enjoy Critter Cove often highlight its flexible character creator, island and underwater exploration, relaxing pace, and the satisfaction of watching the town develop. Some also appreciate the critter designs and the range of gathering, crafting, and decorating activities. Other reviews find travel slow, quests repetitive, resource demands grindy, or NPC dialogue and movement rough around the edges.
The town of Critter Cove used to attract visitors from all over the world. Now it’s mostly known for dirty streets and trash-strewn beaches. Can you help us turn things around?
