You play as one of four siblings on Heera, a hostile world where ancient ruins and technology share the landscape. Their journey leads toward a legendary city and the secrets hidden there, with character-specific dialogue choices and side quests along the way.
Combat combines action-based attacks, dodging, jumping, and abilities with free switching between human and beast forms. Each form has its own skills and strengths; beasts can also help you move through the world and overcome obstacles that call for particular powers.
Choose a human class or customize one from available skill trees, then develop beast masteries as you gain levels and DNA-strands. Find gear and improve attributes and skills as you explore. Up to four players can play together locally or online, including a co-op mechanic that lets players ride on a teammate in beast form.
Players often praise the human-to-beast transformation and the chance to combine the two forms’ abilities in combat, with several enjoying the variety of classes, skills, and builds. ACTION FOCUSED COMBAT: Experience intense combat action where both your own skills and character gear matters. Learn when to attack, dodge, jump, shapeshift and use your abilities to effectively take out the aggressive beasts, bandits and machines that you’ll encounter on your journey.
GROW YOUR POWERS: Build up both your human and monster form with new gear, attributes and active and passive skills as you level up. Choose from 4 human classes and train one or more of the 7 beast masteries available.
RIDE OUT IN CO-OP: Up to 4 players can play together in drop in/drop out co-op gameplay, both offline/locally and online. In co-op you also unlock a special team mechanic: ride on each other’s back to become a strong cavalry unit together!
EXPLORE THE WORLD OF HEERA: Take the role as one of four siblings, each one with their own distinct personality, opening up for different sidequests and choices in conversations. Alongside your main mission, you can explore the open areas further to find hidden treasures and complete side quests in an unusual science fantasy world.

Aftnareld is founded by Narin & Valle, we’re a gaming couple that started chasing our gamedev ambitions back in 2018. Since starting out as just a past-time hobby, we have both dedicated many years to learn game development on our own, with Coridden as the core project through all this time. Along the way, we’ve had the fortune to meet several passionate people that have helped and joined us on the journey to release Coridden.
We knew from the start that we wanted to make games with co-op and depth. We believe that co-op games are not only fun, but are also important for bringing people together.
