The Upturned

You are a guest trying to reach your room in the Upturned Inn, a hotel for the dead. Its elevator carries you through strange floors as a storm gathers and the inn's monstrous inhabitants reveal their intentions.

On each floor, search for a replacement fuse and make it back to the elevator. You hop across hazards, solve puzzles, find keys, and evade or fight enemies while exploring places such as an aquarium, a shopping mall, and a Wild West town.

Physics-driven object throwing is central to both combat and traversal: you can hurl furniture at monsters or use objects to cross dangerous areas. New enemies and obstacles appear as you progress, alongside conversations with Ik, the inn's founder, that help unfold the story.
