Marauders is a tactical first-person multiplayer looter shooter set in a sci-fi universe. As a space pirate, work solo, or in a squad with up to 3 other players to navigate a hostile battleground, hunt for loot, craft new weapons and gear, and salvage what you’ll need to survive.
Developed by Small Impact Games

In an alternate 1990s where the Great War never ended, you play a Marauder—a space mercenary scavenging through a battered, industrialised galaxy. Go alone or join up to three other players.
Each match starts in space: pilot your ship through hostile reaches, engage other ships, and choose how to reach a raid site. Search frigates and other locations for salvage while fighting rival players and AI opponents, then escape with what you have found.
Gear and experience carry progression between matches. Modify weapons, craft weapons and equipment from resources, unlock items with XP, and upgrade or build ships using scavenged materials.
Players who enjoyed Marauders often praise its unusual space-pirate extraction loop, especially ship-to-ship fights and boarding, along with its setting and tense runs with friends. Many supplied reviews also report sparse matchmaking and long gaps in updates, saying it can be difficult to find matches; some additionally mention cheaters and gameplay or balance problems. A number of players express hope for renewed activity, while others say the low population has made the game hard to play.
