Zombieville USA 3D is a top-down arcade shooter set in zombie-filled suburbs. Play as a survivor facing escalating waves of undead, alone or with up to two online teammates.
Move through the map, fight zombies with melee and ranged weapons, and search for weapon crates with randomly generated gear and traits. The goal is to survive as long as possible as the horde grows more dangerous.
Runs earn cash for weapon upgrades and perks, while other unlocks add weapons and cosmetic characters. Perks let you focus your build around different fighting styles, and difficulty can be increased for a greater survival challenge.
In this helpfulness-selected sample, players often enjoy the straightforward, satisfying zombie-fighting loop, especially in co-op and short sessions. Nostalgia for the earlier games, the cartoon-like visuals, weapon variety, and the gradual unlocks also recur as draws. Some players find the experience fun only for a limited time, with repetition and a lack of content standing out as common reservations.
