In a world where Rome has fallen and the dead walk at night, you set out to rebuild civilization. Explore a procedurally generated landscape, gather resources, and turn a camp into settlements, playing solo or with up to seven others.
Fight enemies with different weapons, develop skills, and improve your gear as you venture into new biomes. Dungeons contain enemies, puzzles, and rewards, while bosses stand between you and further progress.
Recruit survivors to work as artisans and help run farms, shops, and production buildings. Carry heavy materials back by hand or link carts to haul them, then expand production, establish trade routes between settlements, and make offerings to the gods to unlock technologies, buffs, and upgrades.
