Just Go

Just Go is a Go-playing and learning game. Play on boards from 9×9 to 19×19, learn the rules through a tutorial, and practice against AI opponents at a range of difficulty levels.

Training activities include Go puzzles and matches against the AI. After games, you can review moves with computer suggestions, and study notable historic matches.

In career mode, progress from novice toward top-level competition and take on league and tournament challenges. The game also offers online play through OGS and Steam lobbies, ranked games with an ELO system, leaderboards, and SGF export for saved games.

Players who enjoy Just Go often praise its clean, immersive board presentation and use it for learning, puzzle practice, and playing against AI opponents. Some also like the career mode for its sense of progressing through a Go player's schedule. Experiences vary: reviewers also describe the AI as inconsistent or unlike human play, and some report limited instruction or problems launching and playing the game.
