Set two millennia before E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy, DAIMON BLADES casts you as a member of the Secreta, a warrior order battling daimonic incursions. You venture into the Daimon Realm to pursue the Hermit, a former mentor who fled after betraying the order.
Expeditions take you through changing areas filled with enemies, objectives, resources, and bosses. First-person combat centers on melee weapons, with attacks, charged strikes, dashes, blocks, parries, and special abilities; you can play alone or with up to three other players.
Each weapon houses a daimon with its own powers and attributes. Weapons can grow stronger during an expedition and gain permanent power between runs, while run-specific upgrades and abilities offer new ways to fight. The daimon’s power comes with a risk of corruption, adding a cost to pushing deeper.

Daimon-infused weapons will bestow unholy powers upon you to annihilate every enemy in your path. Inhabited by a unique daimon with unique sets of abilities and attributes, the possibilities are endless and each weapon is unique.
Your Daimon weapon feeds on the blood of your enemies and will ascend during each run, unlocking more power and abilities. Its raw power can also be permanently increased in between runs allowing you to survive longer and to obliterate everything in your path. But be careful. They are more than mere tools of destruction and their corruptive nature should never be underestimated.
