In a near-future mission to make a barren planet habitable, you oversee its development from a map view, placing extraction sites, factories, transport routes, and cities across a hexagonal landscape.
Mine resources and turn them into goods for growing cities. Move materials with trucks, trains, drones, and ships, and adjust production and routes as city needs change. City waste can also be recycled into resources for production.
