You play as Tara, who moves to the rural island of Fairhaven to help her grandmother and the family farm. As she settles in, she meets the townspeople and becomes involved in a local mystery.
Tend crops, care for animals, forage, fish, mine, cook, and craft goods. Complete quests and get to know the residents through conversations and changing story events.
Tara also learns witchcraft, brewing potions and casting spells that affect farming and the passage of time and seasons. Progress unlocks more magical abilities and ways to travel; friendships and optional romances develop alongside the story.
