XENOTILT casts you into the Samaritan, a derelict spacecraft overrun by a Xenophage infestation and controlled by a rogue AI. Its single sprawling pinball table spans three tiers, where enemy encounters and hazards turn the playfield into an arcade battle.
Flip and nudge the ball to hit targets, damage enemies, and reach different parts of the table. Turrets let you fire back at foes and incoming volleys, while table mechanisms and shot paths create opportunities to build scores and keep the ball in play.
Progress through table objectives, improve weapons, defense, and scoring with nine perks, and use the Multiball Matrix to unleash up to nine balls. EX-Mode adds bonus rooms and challenges; other options include rescuing hidden survivors for bonus skills, single-ball Hardcore Mode, and Crisis Mode's time attack.
Players often praise XENOTILT for combining pinball with bullet-hell action, bosses, and elaborate table mechanics, making its single table feel inventive and rewarding to learn.
