LIVE A LIVE follows heroes in distinct time periods, from prehistory to the distant future. Choose which of the initial stories to play first, each with its own setting, characters, and short narrative.
Each chapter has its own activities and twists: you might hunt for supplies, infiltrate a castle, prepare a town for an attack, challenge martial artists, or investigate a spacecraft. The stories use different gameplay styles rather than one continuous adventure.
Battles use a grid where positioning, attack range, and the time some abilities take to charge matter. Completing the initial stories unlocks further chapters, and choices in some scenarios can affect their outcomes and endings.
