Wilmot Works It Out is a puzzle building game about completing beautiful images and using them to decorate the walls of your house.

You play as Wilmot, a square-shaped character who receives puzzle deliveries at home. Each box contains square pieces from one or more pictures, so you must work out which pieces belong together by comparing their colors and images.
Move Wilmot around the room to carry and arrange pieces, building several pictures as deliveries add new pieces to the floor. The puzzles have no interlocking edges or rotation, and brief chats with the delivery person accompany the incoming packages.
Finished pictures can be hung around the house, and completing puzzles unlocks rooms and decorating options. After the main sequence, Marathon Mode mixes pieces from the puzzles into a larger, open-ended sorting challenge.
Reviewers often enjoy the unhurried puzzle-solving, distinctive artwork, and the extra reasoning involved in sorting pieces from different pictures. Many also appreciate the larger Marathon challenge and the light interactions with the delivery person. Some find Marathon demanding or cramped, and a few wish for more puzzles or smoother piece-handling controls.

You play as Wilmot, who likes to unwind from sorting out a warehouse by sorting out puzzle pieces. Yesterday’s puzzle was a snake wearing a hat, but today’s looks like it might be an octopus? …or maybe that’s a hamburger?
Once complete, you decide where to hang it. Then the mail person delivers a brand new puzzle! Oh dear, this one has a few extra pieces - I hope there wasn’t a mix-up at the puzzle delivery service!
