You are part of a special commando unit sent to stop time channels that are transforming familiar life forms into hostile mutations. Your mission is to fight the creatures and destroy the channels threatening Earth.
Explore interconnected levels, search for routes forward, and use switches, keys, and environmental interactions to open passages. The campaign moves through varied themed locations filled with enemies, hazards, and hidden areas.
Combat centers on an arsenal of firearms and the ability to shoot specific limbs from enemies, which can limit their attacks or change how they fight. Boss encounters use environmental actions and puzzles rather than relying only on direct fire.
