You control a ninja in minimalist sci-fi levels, using momentum-based running and jumping to cross obstacles and avoid hostile robots. Each course is a compact platforming challenge built around precise movement.
Find a route to the exit, activating switches where needed and collecting gold to add time. You can also return to levels for the tougher challenge of collecting every piece of gold.
Thousands of handcrafted levels are arranged into episodes and challenges, with secrets, a Hardcore mode, and unlockable color palettes. A level editor lets you create and share courses; local co-op and competitive modes support up to four players.
Players often praise the momentum-based movement, describing its simple controls as rewarding to learn and master. The large supply of levels and demanding precision challenges are also recurring draws, along with the electronic soundtrack and minimalist presentation. Some reviewers find the difficulty or all-gold challenges frustrating, and others criticize uneven level design or technical and interface problems.

N++ is all about using your momentum to complete levels and get high scores, but in this sci-fi world, there’s a slew of inadvertently homicidal enemy robots trying to prevent you from completing your goal.
Through the hand-crafted (NOT procedurally generated) levels, you’ll experience platforming at its most intense. Using only your fluid movement, you need to ‘solve’ each level and get to the exit.
