You run a deconstruction company, taking contracts to clear or demolish houses and other buildings. Each job sets requirements for what to remove, preserve, or destroy, and can affect your payout and company reputation.
At job sites, carefully dismantle furniture and building materials for recovery or use tools to break structures apart. Gather debris for recycling, then load salvaged items into your vehicle and transport them back to your warehouse.
Sort recovered goods in the warehouse and use customer orders to sell them, or recycle materials. Earnings can fund tool, vehicle, and warehouse upgrades, while experience and reputation unlock higher permit levels and more complex contracts.
Players who enjoy the game often find the destruction and careful dismantling satisfying, and describe the work loop as relaxing or absorbing.
