After a shipwreck, the amnesiac protagonist makes a deal with a mysterious witch and awakens on an island overrun by the dead. As her champion, you lead a group of allies on expeditions to confront the island’s threats and uncover the protagonist’s lost memories.
Each expedition follows branching routes through battles, events, shops, and camps, with choices offering different risks and rewards. Assemble a squad of five from a roster of characters, then adapt to each run’s changing opportunities and encounters.
Combat plays out in turn-based, grid-based battles. Match weapons to enemy defenses, use skills and elemental effects to influence the field, and develop characters through run-specific level-up choices.
