The TL;DR

The world's first and only Yakubian inspired souls-like (extremely good gameplay)
Epic boss battle against Tyrone (a black man)
Full voice acting
Drink white energy drinks to recover HP
It's only $1.95 just buy it
The trailer is better than the game
Canon to the lore of the CUCKOLD SIMULATOR universe
Extremely difficult (I can barely beat it)
