Take charge of one of ten official Formula 1 teams or create a new team and lead it through the championship. You manage the operation from the pit wall rather than driving the cars yourself.
During race weekends, prepare car setups and direct your drivers with decisions about pace, tyres, and race strategy. Follow the action through a broadcast-style presentation and adapt as conditions and mechanical problems affect your plans.
Between races and across seasons, develop car parts, upgrade facilities, manage finances, and recruit drivers and staff. A mentality system tracks the needs and attitudes of your team, while custom-team options let you set its identity and design its livery, logo, and racing suits.
