Play as a sharpshooting space frog riding a sword-wielding mech as the pair battle enemy hordes across alien worlds. The frog and mech bring separate attacks and abilities to each fight.
Move through each mission while aiming and firing the frog’s gun and attacking with the mech’s melee weapon. You can set attacks and character switching to manual or automatic, and choose upgrades as you level up during a run.
Before a run, select a class and weapons, then shape a build with perks and abilities. Earn resources to unlock and improve classes, weapons, and skills between runs; play solo or online with up to three other players.
Players who enjoy the game often highlight its unusual frog-and-mech combat, inventive abilities, and the range of builds they can assemble through weapon choices and upgrades. Co-op is a recurring draw, with some players especially enjoying how builds can complement each other. Others find runs repetitive or grindy, and some criticize the visual clutter, balance, or the slowdown while firing.
