Spectral Scream is a 1-4 player cooperative horror exploration game. Are you ready to face death in the maw of purgatory? Your goal is to find key items in each chapter and retrieve the orb. But be careful! Threatening and vicious creatures await you at every stage.

You and up to three teammates are trapped in purgatory, a maze of confusing spaces guarded by hostile creatures. To escape, your team must solve the central puzzle and recover the orb or core.
Explore each chapter to locate puzzle pieces and other key items while avoiding creatures. Finding your way through the maze and responding to its threats are central to completing the objective.
Cooperate by sharing items, exchanging information, and rescuing teammates in danger. Use gold to buy tools, sell unneeded items for resources, and observe and record creature behavior to help prepare for future encounters.
