In Cogs, you solve sliding-tile puzzles by rearranging parts on 3D machines. Your goal is to make the pieces work together and complete each contraption.

Puzzles use parts such as gears, pipes, balloons, chimes, hammers, wheels, and props. Some puzzles involve different mechanics or perspectives, and solving them means planning how tiles should move.

Inventor Mode introduces puzzles, while Time Challenge asks you to solve them within 30 seconds and Move Challenge limits you to ten moves. Completing puzzles unlocks them in the challenge modes, and efficient solutions help open further puzzles.
