You take command of an army in World War II, fighting across campaigns and individual scenarios set on fronts from Russia and North Africa to Normandy and the Balkans.
Battles play out in turns on hex maps. Move and attack with units such as tanks, infantry, artillery, and aircraft, while terrain and weather affect how forces can operate and objectives must be completed within turn limits.
Campaigns let you carry a core force between battles, developing units and changing your army over time. The Gold edition includes a broad selection of scenarios and expansions, along with PBEM++ matches against human opponents.
