Set in Japan’s underground street-racing scene between 1990 and 2009, NIGHT-RUNNERS™ PROLOGUE puts you behind the wheel of a car you can afford and into rival crews’ contests for local standing and territory.
Drive through the night to parking areas, meet racers, and challenge them to one-on-one races with cash wagers. Wins can fund your next steps, while a loss costs the money you risked; time trials and crew challenges offer other ways to compete and build standing.
Customize your car’s exterior, interior, wheels, engine, and handling, and move stored parts between vehicles. You can also repair engines and change oil to help your cars withstand hard use, then explore your garage and parking areas between races.
