Players who enjoy the game often value the chance to build a Counter-Strike team and manage an esports organization, especially assembling a roster and following its progress through tournaments. Some also highlight sponsorships and the appeal of long-term management saves. These positives sit alongside frequent criticism of match AI, tactical impact, and the balance and depth of management systems.
