Juan Aguacate, an agave farmer who finds a legendary luchador mask, sets out to rescue El Presidente’s kidnapped daughter from Carlos Calaca. The adventure unfolds in a colorful world inspired by Mexican culture and folklore.
Fight with punches, throws, dodges, and wrestling moves, chaining attacks into combos. As Juan gains special abilities, they expand both his combat options and his ways of moving through the world; some enemies require particular moves to break their shields.
Explore connected areas, find upgrades and secrets, and use new abilities to reach previously blocked paths. Switch between the World of the Living and the World of the Dead to navigate platforming challenges. The game also supports same-screen co-op for up to four players.
Players often praise the combo-based brawling, the way combat moves feed into platforming, and the puzzles built around switching between worlds.
