Search for Dungeon Secrets
Combining its own unique take on the real-time roguelike genre, with a nostalgic 16-bit look and feel, Diehard Dungeon is a game that feels both familiar and quite different at the same time. Followed by a trusty, treasure collecting companion chest, you must make your way through the dungeons many randomly-generated rooms and levels.

In this top-down, real-time roguelike, you try to escape a dungeon made of randomly generated rooms and levels, shown in a 16-bit-inspired pixel style.
Fight dungeon creatures and bosses with a sword and hand cannon, navigate traps, and look for secrets, upgrades, and new abilities. A companion chest follows you and collects treasure.
Each run can have multiple outcomes, and a dynamic difficulty and ranking system makes the challenge rise as you perform better. Unlockable Champion Mode adds remnants of other players, while separate modes offer timed score challenges, increasingly difficult survival rooms, and a race to destroy pyramids while avoiding searching eyes and zombies.
The supplied reviews offer little direct praise: one brief verse evokes the appeal of clearing rooms, while another calls the game functional but says its rooms and encounters feel overly procedural. A third reviewer says the game no longer works for them, so these texts do not establish a recurring enjoyment theme.
