You manage a drilling platform and its crew as it mines through planets. Direct miners to dig underground, have carriers collect resources, and assign guards to protect the operation.
Each mission alternates between daytime mining and nighttime attacks. Use gathered resources to build platform structures, improve your crew, and set up turrets and other defenses against alien creatures.
Choose technologies and buildings as a run unfolds, then earn resources and unlock upgrades between missions. Contracts, planet types, platforms, and crew factions offer different challenges and ways to approach each run.

You’ll report directly to your Sector Manager, he will make sure you keep the operation running smoothly, whatever the pressure you’re under.
Nighttime is when the real excitement begins. This is when the planet's fauna usually clash directly with our company’s safety commitments. Your job? To maintain profits while safeguarding both the lives of your crew and the biodiversity of the planet you’re drilling. Sometimes tough choices need to be made, and that’s why DrillCore equips you with state-of-the-art defensive turrets. Remember, it's NOT a crime against biodiversity if it’s self-defense.
