MIMESIS is a cooperative survival horror game for up to four players. You and your teammates explore dangerous locations while creatures called Mimesis imitate players’ voices and behavior, making it difficult to know who is really with you. A microphone is required.
Search locations for scrap and bring it back to the tram while avoiding Mimesis, other monsters, and hazards such as cursed rain. Staying together can help you survive, but the imitations can use familiar voices and actions to mislead the group.
Use collected scrap to meet tram repair targets and continue the run. Players can also purchase equipment to take on expeditions, where survival and gathering enough resources compete for limited time and inventory space.
Players often enjoy MIMESIS most when playing with friends, where voice imitations turn ordinary conversations into funny, tense moments of suspicion. Many praise the surprise and paranoia of not knowing whether a teammate is real, though players disagree on how convincing the mimics are and some say the experience becomes repetitive.

MIMESIS is a 4-player online co-op horror game where monsters imitate your friends. Gather anything of value and get back to the tram, never quite certain whether the person beside you is a real friend or a monster wearing their face.
Threats are scattered all through the building. Together with your friends you can push past the danger and haul your findings back safely. But don't forget: the person next to you might be a monster imitating a friend.
The rain in this world is dangerous. Once night falls, the tram is the only shelter from it. You have to be back before midnight. Take on too much rain, and the next monster might be you.
Collect enough and you can use the service station. Restore power to the dormant station, then buy and upgrade your equipment. Strong gear makes a real difference to survival. It isn't free, of course.
