You are a human trying to make a life in a primordial forest inhabited by animals, spirits, and monsters. The world moves through four seasons and changing weather, while an autonomous ecosystem responds to its own rhythms and to your actions.
Use cards and combinations of cards to forage, track and hunt animals, gather materials, cook, craft tools, and build a shelter. You can also cultivate crops, preserve food, and raise livestock, choosing how to use the forest’s resources to support daily life.
Survival involves more than hunger and thirst: the simulation tracks factors such as temperature, wounds, immunity, weight, and mental health. Develop practical skills, improve your dwelling, and work with plants and animal or elemental spirits; binding spirits can grant abilities at a personal cost.
